“I purchased this strap because I thought it would add a touch of class to a piece of workout equipment. Unfortunately, I have very small wrists and this strap was way too large for me. Although the description did suggest it could be resized, when I contacted the support team to find out how to resize it, I was informed that it couldn't actually be adjusted. They were great to deal with and swift to respond to my questions, offering suggestions for other straps that would suit my needs and told me how to return my original strap so that I could get my refund. Damn my girly wrists, as I would have loved this little bit of bling in my life.
I would suggest that the description is updated though.”
