“The company for purchasing and speed of delivery was great. No complaints there at all. The band itself however, I only wore for two days and it already discoloured on the edges of the band. It’s a purple band, but the edges are now brown coloured. I had purchased a new band because of this happening with my last band, but did not expect it to happen after literally 24 hours wear.
Again, not really the problem of Oz Straps, but for any reading you may want to search for varied bands for the Fitbit that are more durable”
“Ordering and receiving the two straps was fine, however coincident with the email seeking this feedback, the strap has begun to fail, with that odd rubbery material beginning to tear near the join with the watch. That’s a bit poor, both from a basic quality perspective, as well as the wasteful impact on environment and resources.
Unfortunately I expect any provider of these straps to have the same race to the bottom approach to price and material, so I’m not surprised, not mad, just about as disappointed as I expected.”
