“I purchased two bands, one was unfortunately faulty. The product overall is comfortable, but there needs to be improvements with the returns policy. After multiple emails, I had to pay to return the faulty product and wasn’t provided with a refund until the goods had been inspected. This put me out of pocket and also meant I only had one band instead of the two I’d ordered. When you purchase a product you expect to get what you ordered without having to mess around at the post office to return it.”
