“I ordered the wrong strap, corresponded with Oz Straps and told if I sent back the original sent, you would replace with the correct one. Sent back a couple of months ago and this is the first correspondence I have received since. Not to concerned as I apparently ordered the incorrect strap and it cost me only $15 plus the postage I had to pay to send it back. Will not give a bad review because I haven’t followed up because Im lazy and have faith that Oz Straps will now follow up with information??”
