“But this time - I order the straps, they arrived in two days (wow...), I noticed I ordered the wrong size, I've put it back in the envelope which was included in the package, already addressed (wow...), I've sent a tracking number to the shop and they straight away sent me a code to order the new straps. My return envelope haven't even left the post office at that point. I ordered the correct size and it arrived in two days again (wow..). No fuss, nor silly return procedures. Hats off.”
