“Garmin's silicone band is around $70, this one is $15 and I actually prefer it.
As you can see in the photos, the materials and design is slightly different and the buckle is darker and slightly bigger.
I find this band much easier to put on as the silicone slides easier against itself, so sliding the band through the fastener rings is easier.
The only negative I can think of is that the quick release is slightly more difficult to use than the genuine Garmin band as it's stiff and requires more effort to slide the release mechanism back.”

“I have been wearing these bands for the past week now, so I can safely speak to build quality and how they feel.
The bands are slightly firmer that genuine Garmin bands, but not hard. I prefer these to the original band for that reason.
The other thing of note is that the clasp to the watch is much harder to use than the Garmin. However the quality of the clasp is fantastic and as long as you don't change bands every day you won't notice.
