“I first bought the teal colour, and the metal clasp that clips the strap into the watch was too loose and so kept falling apart. Emailed OzStraps and had no issue, returned and then purchased another, soft pink this time. Wore it for about 2 weeks and then had the same issue with the clasp loosening and the watch falling off my wrist. Using the original strap that came with my watch now (and previous to buying these) and having no issues so I know it's not my watch that's the problem. Disappointed as the price and service were excellent :(”
