“Initial response based on great price plus apparent good quality, design, and fit of the band plus the speedy delivery warrants a 5 star review. But obviously the band will need to stand the test of time before a more definative response can be tabled.”

I was in hospital at the time of ordering the band and actually needed a VivoSmart4 band - a different type of band, seemingly much harder to find.
I communicated my error to Jeff and Simon in Sales and arranged return of the product and a store credit. At this time, they cannot help with a VivoSmart4 replacement.
However, I cannot speak too highly of their efforts to help me and sort out my problems. OzStraps in my experience provides superior Silicone bands and backs it up with excellent customer service.”
