“The service and delivery of our Oz Strap was awesome. It came promptly with no hassle. The only problem is we received the wrong one! We ordered the themed set of 3 and ended up with a black and white love heart one?it fitted perfectly just the wrong one.
I’m not sure what to do about this ? I’m wondering if you could help us to fix this?
