“The band is very slightly less flexible than the official Garmin one at the moment (but I wouldn't be surprised if it softened up with time), but looks great - plus it was dead easy to replace the old one. In terms of service, the band was dispatched and arrived as quickly as postal system allows in these times. 5/5”

I hadn't properly removed all parts of the old band and was sent a u tube video explaining . Within minutes I was able to easily attach the new band. Very happy! thank you :)”
“The delivery was excellent, very quick. I was able to remove one of the original screws but the special screwdriver was unable to remove the other three! I think the implement was not strong enough and so I still cannot wear my Garmin! Can you advise me what to do?”
