Initial delivery had the wrong size strap and with no fuss, they quickly apologised and resent the correct sizing....I mean within a day of me telling them what happened. They kept me informed throughout the process so I knew exactly what was going on each day. Very pleasing to receive this level of service.... and no phone calls!!”
“I LOVE this band! It's so flexible, which makes it really comfortable. I have a TINY wrist; I have to close the band to its smallest setting but it is small enough for me - many bands are not small enough. It looks beautiful - makes the watch look really elegant. I've read that some people had trouble with the magnet, but thus far I have not had any issues at all. Fabulous band, would buy again in a heartbeat.”
