“I foolishly ordered the incorrect band size. Emailed on a Sunday , not expecting a reply till early in the next week. But no, I was emailed back that day and advised no issues with changing. In fact if I let them know the tracking number of the returning band they would send the new band to me without waiting for the returned band to arrive . By Thursday the new band had arrived. Great service some companies should take notice and learn from these guys . Oh yeah, the band is perfect and great quality”
