“Website was very easy to navigate, order was confirmed promptly and delivered within a couple of days.
Only negative was the link removal tool was bent - managed to fix but may need to be stronger to prevent bending. Also would be handy to have included small nylon hammer etc to help put link pins back in”
“The small metal tip of my tool was bent out of shape on arrival making it impossible to use on the band i had purchased.
I had only bought this because i wasn't sure if the band would come with a tool or not. Luckily it did come with a much cheaper looking version of this tool that was able to get the job done.
Not happy that i spent $15 on a bent tool I can't use, but if it wasn't faulty it would have been a decent product.”
