“I purchased 2 of the heat wraps based on the reviews, most occasions the reviews are reliable, I wouldn't say that in this case. The heat wraps are okay, I find I need to heat them on both sides & for over 1.5 mins each side to get them hot. I also don't find that they last any longer than my wheat bag that I purchased from my physio, which is REALLY good. The Hottle wrap is convenient to place the heat pack in, that is a plus the rest is so-so.”
