Design of pouch
I find the pouch design particularly good for work. The fact that it's black makes it really discreet. Having it clip instead of Velcro also makes it a lot quieter to take on and off. I also like the you can take the subtle black filler to the microwave without everyone seeing it.
Heating
Admittedly I do find heating is one of the products weaknesses. You do have to be careful heating or they can explode. I've lost 2 fillers this way. I find the sides heat up a lot faster than the middle so you need to stand at the microwave, heat, pull out, smoosh and then heat again. Do not leave it unattended!
I don't have the same issue with my other heat packs. But please read on to find the trade off.
Time it stays warm
This product is amazing at staying warm! I find I can get a couple of hours as a warm pack and an hour if I need it 'lava' temperature.
I'm lucky if I can get 15 the 20mins with my other heat packs.
