“It’s great however I think a bit longer strap would be beneficial. Or an extension piece/clip, my hubby wanted to use it and couldn’t clip it together even at full extension. Other than that’s it’s great! I love that it has no odour and I love the fuzzy soft cover! Well done”
“This is a fantastic step up from my traditional wheat bag. It definitely stays hotter for longer. The heat transfers really well through the canvas type fabric against your skin. The padded velvet outside is really cushioned which makes it super comfy if you're using it on your lower back and sitting in an office chair. I used to find wheat bags quite hard and uncomfortable when used in this same way. The strap is a bit fiddly to adjust the length, not an issue if you're the only user but if you are sharing then it could be a bit annoying to keep adjusting the length. I also find the buckle a bit fiddly to release sometimes. I would like to see a sectioned version of the heat insert in future designs as I think this would help keep the clay spread more evenly. In saying that it doesn't drop too much during use. A small instruction booklet on some recycled paper would be nice too. I didn't find the QR code very helpful.... maybe I'm old school but I like some real instructions. Overall a fantastic, well made, quality product. The design has been well thought out. Great for cramps/endo and probably many other conditions.”
