“The clay insert stays warmer longer than my wheat bag, which comes in handy when I am busy working from home and can’t always get out of my chair every 20 minutes for a wheat bag heat up. My job is very sedentary as I sit for long periods but when I’m not working my partner and I are busy renovating our home, which after a couple of days starts to hurt the body a little. I love to clip on the hottle and get on with my day after a stretch and foam roll out.
