“I purchased one of your massage guns which turned out to be faulty,I found the process to get a result stressful and frustrating,maybe a phone number as a contact would be more helpful, I sent around 7 messages without a reply and was resorting to the department of fair trading eventually one of my messages was answered which I was so happy about and a replacement massage gun was sent out which I received yesterday and charged it correctly and was able to use it last night.”
