“I love this cream for night application before going to bed. Has natural things in it like chondroitin, glucosamine and shark cartilage, a winner as I can't take chondroitin orally. I have hip and knee joint pain, dating back 20 years, no replacements, just alternatives. Also trialing the ICE (roll on) version...it sports menthol and isopropyl alcohol which gives it the cool kick, which is nice..easy application as well.
