“The service provided by the staff has been exceptional but one globe failed within 1 week. This was replaced promptly with 2 new globes. My rating of 4 stars only relates to the fact that one failed early. The service provided by staff however is worthy of a 5 star rating. The globes are also brighter that our previous globes from a competitor.”
