“The first lamp arrived and was very crooked. I contacted Ozlighting and they responded the same day advising a replacement was being sent by the suppler. The replacement was received later in the week and it was also crooked. I requested a refund for the lamp, and that has been provided.
Oz lighting has been very helpful in helping organise a replacement then refund. Thank you so much!”
