“Frankly, since the day it was installed I really haven't been able to enjoy the use of the fan. It makes so many creeks and groans and squeaks that you really can't get off to sleep. Am going to give it a couple more days, re- tighten all the screws and if that doesn't work, I'll be sending it back for an exchange/ refund.”

“The electrician said I did well in my choice and quality however 2 of the box's have taken quiet a rough handling and 2 of the light plastic covers inside have a slight crack in them though hardly noticeable from a far.”
