“My first Pactimo purchase and i elected to roll the dice and order a mystery bib. i mistakenly ordered the wrong size. without going into the details, Ariana in customer service great and so helpful making sure all was sorted out and i was 100% happy. i've already order the correct size and can't wait for it to arrive. The bib i received was beautiful. excellent construction and really comfy chamois. had it been my size i would have been 100% satisfied and looking forward to updating all my bibs”
