“The Thermoregulator long sleeve base layer is my favorite article of fall/winter apparel. It provides excellent warmth and breathability for a variety of weather conditions. I wear it under a basic short sleeve jersey when the temps are in the high 50's and it's all I need to stay warm. I wear it under a long sleeve thermal jersey when it's closer to 50 degrees and also under a goretex jacket when it the temps drop into the 40's and stay warm and comfortable. I am 5'-9", weigh 150, and wear a size M.”

“Works surprisingly well. Two rides so far. One at 32° and one at 25°. Each about 2.5 hours long. Recommend. I got a medium and it fits well on a 5’5” 145lbs male.”

“Have used this twice in Chicago as winter sets in. Both times with the Alpha jacket, and nothing else. I mean, except for the bib tights, shoes, hat, gloves, etc. But just two layers on top - the thermoregulator and the alpha shell. The first time I figured, I'll probably be cold because this stuff is thin AF so I'll just plan on a 20mi ride... No dice, two 35+ mile rides in a row this was a great base layer. Warmer than I expected, super light. The medium was fine on my 5'10", 162# frame. I lift, so have a non-zero upper body, and this fit well - not too tight, not baggy. Good stuff.”
