“These were surprisingly comfortable. I had been wearing bib shorts exclusively for years but missed the convenience of classic shorts for rest stops and quick changes in cars. These are well-made. The waist does not feel particularly binding yet the shorts stay in place.”

“I bought Medium Mens Summit Classic Short; I’m 5-11, 185#. I compare these with the 12hr Bibs I bought last year from Pactimo. Fit is great but I’m not as impressed with the chamois on the shorts as much as compared to the 12 hr bibs; a bit less comfortable in my first rides. While I’m primarily a shorts rider I doubt that I’d buy shorts again as compared to bibs unless it was specifically the same chamois setup. Shorts fit great but chamois is not as impressive as on the bibs.”

“Its winter in the Northeast, we just concluded the last snowstorm. My remarks about the Summit shorts will be limited to trying on the pair and walking around in them. They feel very comfortable, the chamois fits well and no issues with seams. I selected these for long distance all day rides. I'm confident that fit and finish will be perfect for Randonneur ride distances.”

“Have always used 12-hour bibs but thought I'd try shorts. Was worried shorts might not stay up and that the chamois might not be as good as the 12-hour. These fit perfectly, stayed in place, and felt great! They are much warmer than my 12-hour summer bibs which is going to be awesome come this spring. The material was very comfortable and the chamois was perfect!”

“I am marathon style mountain biker (think 40 to 65 mile mountain bike rides, and longer road rides training). These shorts are by far my favorite I have ever owned, and now have multiple pairs. Past shorts were gel style padding, so I was little concerned these, without gel, would not feel that good deep into a long ride. That concern went away after the first long ride. Everything stayed where it was supposed to, with minimal rubbing, which was taken care of on the very next ride with applying some chamois butter in the correct spot. They are super soft, and the non slip thigh printing keeps them in place. put them on, and you forget about them during the ride, just like you should with a good pair of bike shorts.”
