“I have only worn the storm+ shoe covers twice. Once in average temp. of 45° and once in avg. temp. of 51°; both times in dry conditions. I never felt my feet getting cold. The covers were easy to put on over Shimano RC5, European size 44. shoes. If they last, I will buy again.”

“Keeps the wind and chill off of the feet. Never noticed what a difference it makes until I actually used it one cold (for San Diego) morning. Feet got a bit chilly riding in the predawn cold without it. Next morning, I wore them and it was effective in blunting the wind chill. Reflective lettering and piping by the zipper is very nice to have for riding in the dark.”

“These shoe covers are nice and stretchy, making them easy to put on and take off. They also stretch to conform to the shoe so they don’t impede the cleat. I would say they’re good to 30 degrees or so if you tape over the vents in your shoes and wear warm socks. I haven’t tried them in wet weather.”
