I'm 6'1" 170lbs and a pretty lean cyclist build, and these Medium arm warmers fit me perfectly. They extend from the wrist all the way to the top of the bicep. The material is extremely comfortable and they look very sleek. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they weren't quite as warm as I was expecting. I wore these in 52-degree F temperatures, and while I wasn't uncomfortable, I could tell I'd need another layer if the temps dipped into the 40s. This is not a deal breaker for me as arm warmers aren't something I wear all that often. I can't speak to the water wicking abilities to this Storm+ material since I haven't used them in the rain yet, but overall I'm pleased with the quality of this product.

Does what the name says. Great for cooler rides. Inner fleece-like lining is nice and soft. Diameter is good. Fits me from armpit to wrist. Something I put put on before the ride and never want to remove it because it's uncomfortable. Reflective lettering on the wrists is a nice touch.

Easy exchange to a medium from large with Pactimo quick exchange process. These are not a stretchy sock knit warmer I usually prefer, but more like the storm thermal jersey with a fleeced style interior and tightly knit exterior for water repellency. Still a bit large in upper arm diameter for me, but I can put a gather pleat in to fit a bit tighter. These combined with a Storm jersey produce a jacket like protection and allow convert-ability if it warms up too much. Non slip band at the top is nice and won’t roll down like a knit fabric arm warmer so under the jersey sleeve your buttoned up but still have venting options. My size down to medium did shorten this garment length and I would prefer longer sleeve length for extra coverage, but I had to compromise with a smaller arm diameter.

Having used Storm+ knee warmers, I'm confident that the arm warmers in this line are exceptional. The Storm+ is warm and holds up to the elements. What more is there to say? They get the job done - the perfect pairing for those chilly starts, when it's not cold enough to wear tights or a long-sleeve/thermal jersey. However, these arm warmers didn't fit me well. I don't blame the product. I am scrawny: 6'3", 142 pounds. My arms are long, and skinny -- my biceps are punny. Finding arm warms that stay up is a perennial problem. I ordered Medium (which is my jersey size). These warmers were too short, yet still too wide around the biceps. It's a bummer. I really wanted them to fit. As stated above, the Storm+ line is awesome! I fault my body, not the product. Maybe I should start benching. haha

These are great warmers, have worn them down to about 40*F and was quite warm. Going to be in the high 30's tomorrow so going to try them.
