“To be clear, we’re talking about a Southern California winter, though this past winter was exceptionally cold; many rides began in the low 40 degrees and didn’t exceed 60 degrees. The Alpine Thermal jersey saved the day numerous times. Paired with a Pactimo merino wool base layer and usually a vest, the jersey kept the wind out and my core toasty warm. The fit is perfect and the material just breathable enough to virtually eliminate sweat buildup.”

“This is a very nice thermal jersey, with nice reflective features. I got a size XL in black for my 5'11", 205 lbs frame. The sleeves are a little too long, but otherwise the fit is great over a regular cycling top for layering. I use it for 45-65 degree temps.”

“Outstanding piece of kit. I wore it with temperatures at 39F on a 90 minute ride. Combined with a long sleeved base layer, arm warmers, and a neck warmer, I only had to wear a lightweight vest over it for part of the ride. My large iPhone fit perfect in the zipped compartment, even while in its case. I really like the style too. Thanks for a great product.”

“This jersey is outstanding! I have long arms and the sleeves are plenty long to fit under winter gloves. The material is amazingly soft to the touch...so much better than I expected. The middle rear pocket is huge...large enough to fit a phone sideways. A medium fit my 5'11" 140lb frame with adequate room for a light base layer, but no flapping...no problem fitting a heavier base layer. I've only worn this at 55 degrees and after taking 15 minutes to warm up I was very comfortable.”

“Overall, I like the cut and fit of this jersey and was looking forward to having something for cool weather rides. Like other reviewers have noted, the sleeves are way too long. I could not overlook the awkward feel of this and how it felt when I tried on the jersey - it's just something I could not get past. I don't really understand this design flaw on an otherwise great jersey.”
