While wearing my cascade jacket, this longsleeved base layer is all I need underneath to go out riding in the low 40° temperatures. Before getting this base layer, I was wearing a sleeveless version and arm warmers. Very comfortable!

The first thing you will notice is how thin the material is. It seems to run a little big for me but it works perfectly. It wicks sweat away very well and helps keep me warm. I wear it with my team long sleeve jersey and it works extremely well. Usually, when riding in colder weather, I get cold from a wet jersey when I stop. When wearing this base layer, I don't notice wet sweaty jerseys as much when I have to stop on those brisk morning rides.

Got this for my husband and he raves about it- perfect amount of warmth under a warmer cycling jacket and doesn't leave you too hot or cold. Shows off pecs very nicely as well!

I have the sleeveless, short-sleeve, and long-sleeve base layers. Fits great, works great! Definitely keeps you warm, perhaps a little warmer than my old DeFeet base layer.

I am 6', 178 pounds, and the Large fits perfectly. It fits nearly skin tight, and stretches well, so it is very comfortable. If you are used to non-cycling specific thermal underwear from Target/Wal-Mart/Etc. this product is thinner than those products. It is meant for layering, so is on the thinner side.

These go well with the Ascent jerseys (only ones I have) as a nice way to thicken them up and get some extra warmth. The base layers feel a little large/loose as compared with the same size jersey, but it doesn't impede their ability to fit cleanly in/under the jersey. The color/pattern is unexceptional, but it's an undershirt. Wicking and insulation are good - about right for the early and late ends of the season, but will not get you to earliest spring or latest Fall, and nor should they.

Would highly recommend. Very lightweight keeps me very warm on cold days with just the base layer and winter cycling jacket.
