“The straps and top of the bibs are extremely comfortable. The fabric used for the shots and legs are a stretchy material that is light weight and cool. The chamois is larger than I normally like, with "wings" that extend slightly down the inner leg, but the material from which it is made is very comfortable and the extra material doesn't get in the way. I have ridden in these bibs a few times, on rides of 30-40 miles and I find them to be excellent. Good compression on the thighs and buttocks. I got the longer leg version and the leg grabber is very comfortable as well. Not too tight, but not loose either. Just right. I would buy these bibs again at the price I was able to get them. Overall, I am very pleased.”

“Fit and finish are very nice. After several rides the bibs are breaking in nicely and no noticeable issues. I like how the straps don't chafe and fit well.”

“Love these bibs. As soon as these came in I went out on a 180 road ride. Super comfortable! Heck someone on a group ride saw them on me and thought my butt looked good in it. A cyclist with a butt?! Unheard of. You won’t regret these bibs”

“Great shorts. Another pair of older Raptors, almost three years old, have always been comfortable and appear to be durable. The newer pair are somewhat different, yet fit perfectly from the first wearing. I didn't think about them at all during my first few rides. And, that, after all, is exactly what I want in a pair of shorts/bibs. They are pricey but, when on sale, are worth the extra cost. My Raptor bibs are my preferred kit for longer rides. Those few extra dollars are well-spent when you can ride and not even think about anything between your thighs and your waist. Yay!”

“Today was my first ride in these and they felt very nice. It was only 25 miles but so far so good. If for some reason the long term test doesn't live up to expectations I'll update the review. The Lycra material is super soft and feels better than any of my other bibs. Just for reference, I am 6'2", 165 lbs, and I ordered the large with the regular gripper. I'm sure the longer gripper would've been fine as well for those that like a longer bib..”

“One of my hallmarks of a great bib is having that experience of looking down mid-ride to make sure they’re still there. I caught myself doing this about 10 miles into my first ride with my new Summit Raptors. These bibs disappear, or more precisely, their presence disappears from my thighs and holds steady where needed (the chamois department). The chamois is firmer than other bibs I own (Giordana FRC, Velocio, and Craft), while not being thick and spongy. I bought these for longer rides (4+ hours) and have yet to give them a Gran Fondo workout, but on several 2 hour outings these have been superb. I’m super pleased.”
