“Firstly, Pactimo is awesome to deal with and stands behind their product. I had a pair of early edition Summit Raptor bibs that developed a flaw that could have been repaired but they warrantied the bibs and replaced them with a brand new pair. That's solid customer service. ”

“I was hoping for a slightly more comfortable chamois. The shorts are advertised as 7 hour shorts and for the most part that is true. I found that as long as my position didn't change the shorts worked as advertised. If I moved off the seat spot it rook me a bit of time to get comfortable again not bad just annoying. The shorts fir perfectly and were very comfortable except for the previous comment”
