I wear this with a very thin underlayer with a wind panel in the front that breathes in the back. Have had success all the way down to 20 degrees wiht thsi combination.

Thin material of the cap does not interfere with my helmet fit. For me, the high 30 degrees is the temperature limit for this cap.

Fits perfect, covered completely my big ears, light material. I definitely recommend for road bike ‍♀️

The ear flaps are a nice addition on this cap. The light insulation is enough to really keep me warm. I've worn it now for both cycling and running and it works great.

I went with the Bright Orange because in the winter there is less light and drivers can see me better!

I don’t tend to get cold but if my ears get the least bit cold I’m done for. All other “skully” hats I have used smash my ears and make my head hurt. This is just loose enough to not do that but right and warm enough to keep my big ol ears from freezing.

This is my first cycling cap that I have purchased as I normally just wear a sweat band...but for cold winter rides, this will definitely keep your head toasty! I have a larger head and by the end of some of my rides, the ear covers do ride up a bit, but not bad and easily pulled back down. Definitely happy with my purchase!
