I am 5' 9" and 230 lbs (way overweight) so got the 2XL. The material is very stretchy but comfortable. I might have been able to get into a smaller size but my main goal is to lose weight and get back in a shape other than round so I'll be buying smaller eventually anyway.

Nice and cool liner bib with lay flat straps. I’m 5’10, 150 pounds and a size medium fits perfectly. I really like the bib straps, they are very comfortable and don’t roll up. The longest ride I’ve done in these was around 25 miles and the chamois was fine.

Due to weather I haven't been able to use these outdoors yet, but they do make excellent bibs for trainer workouts. The pockets are a real plus as they let me carry my phone and a water bottle to the trainer while keeping my hands free. The phone was there mainly to test how it felt and how accessible it is during a ride. Post-workout, I forgot I had the phone in the pocket but it stayed in place while I changed out of the bibs.

I use these as shorts for indoor training. I've gotten 3 uses out of these and the stitching has come unraveled, and the pad has become disconnected to the shorts.

A very nice "upgraded" liner short. The higher end chamois as well as the smooth stitching on the straps make it very comfortable for longer rides. Also great on the trainer!

Love the liner. Before getting this I was using a regular liner (not a bib) and it always seemed to creep downward while riding which meant I was always pulling them back up. No more of that. The bibs stay where they are suppose to stay. They are light weight which is nice and the chamois is comfortable and not to bulky. This was just what I was looking for
