Since I own both of these Pactimo jersey's, I will compare them for those trying to choose. The fit of both are identical and, at 5'10'' and 170lbs, Lg. fits me perfectly. The Storm Thermal+ Thermal (long sleeve) has less insulation in terms of internal brushed fabric but greater protection against wind and water (though I've not ridden in very wet conditions, just road spray). The Alpine Thermal breathes better and the fabric stretches more easily (including the pockets). I run warm and, with a thermo-regulator base, I can stay warm in both to upper 30s. With a lighter base layer, I can stay cool enough up to the upper 50s.

Perfect for the piedmont of South Carolina. Coupled with the Pactimo wool base layer and I am comfortable down to 25 degrees Fahrenheit!

I just couldn't pass up purchasing this when I saw it on sale. Just as with my other Pactimo gear, this jersey did not disappoint. The quality was as I had expected. While I'm happy that Winter is almost gone and Spring is right around the corner, this is a jersey that will be put to good use when the weather turns cooler again.

I like it. Should have ordered the medium. Works very well when the temps are between 45-65 degrees. If we had that weather more frequently I’d wear it more and would have given it five stars probably.

I bought this because I live in Wasco, CA. Our winters are mild and the only time I have to ride is 5am, so I was looking around for a jersey that would be able to cover me for those temps here in the valley. Lows reaching the low 30s and high 20s while riding. I use a long sleeve thermal underneath the jersey for rides below 38f and wear regular short sleeved base layer for rides 40f and above. Its comfortable up to 55f and I sweat a lot. The color stands out even more in person, so its great for visibility as well as having a very unique color.

Very happy with the fit and the warmth the jacket provides. I had assumed that it would be a Spring/Fall jacket but I was pleased to discover that it's fine in the low 40s/upper 30s.
