Good for a brisk fall morning ride, or a middle layer under a wind breaker for one of those polar bear express rides.

Fits pretty well; I ordered a medium as a 5' 10", 168lb person (lean-ish asian build). Not too long; likely to flattery whatever company logo (Castelli, Cuore, etc) is on the back of your bib shorts. Overall gives me a low-key but pro look. Actually does keep you warm enough at 30*F (i.e. not miserably cold...) with a base layer a few minutes of pedaling. I've washed it a few times in the washer (in one of those lingerie wash bags); no signs of premature wear.

Good Long Sleeve Jersey. Comfortable, warm, yet breathes well. I like the reflective strips, the zippered extra pocket security, the angled cuffs to help cover my wrists and not slide up. Great for cool morning rides or colder days if you add layers.

This jersey has become my go to jersey for Canada winter riding...I have worn it in -5 conditions with no under jersey or sleeves and I've never been cold....AMAZING.!!!

Worn with a thermal base layer I've been warm into the mid 30's. under a shell I can go into sub freezing temps.

Overall good, warm jersey with high reflectivity for those low light mornings/evenings. The fit around the arms and shoulders is spot on (size Medium for me at 168 lbs), however, at 6ft I'd like it if the jersey was a little longer (both front and back). I find that when I'm standing it feels a little short and when I'm out cycling it tends to ride up.

This is a great 40-50 degree jersey quality made and fits perfectly.

With appropriate under layer this jacket has worked well for me from high 30s through 50s - with wind. The only challenge for me is the arm length which is a little long though not so that it's uncomfortable.
