An amazing base layer. One of the best I have in 20 years of buying endless amounts of base layers. No surprise, everything I have from pactimo is superb. I'll be adding more of these. Bonus that its named (I'm assuming) after my old steady climb growing up in denver - deer creek canyon to high grade road out of chatfield reservoir. probably ridden 150+ times. If you're nearby and haven't ridden, then get up there. As with everything pactimo, you need to size up at least one size, often 2, I sized up significantly (I am between L and XL in everything everywhere but a 3XL in this, and it is still form fitting).

I use this longsleeve base under my thermal jersey or jacket in the thick of winter. When you're gonna get wet, you want wool, because it'll help to keep you warm despite the saturation. My only qualm is that it stays wet a bit longer than I'd expect from a wool layer, when paired with a water-repellant jacket. But this could be my fault for expecting miracles out of an already-great piece.

While "only" 31% wool, I find this base layer extraordinarily comfortable and warm. An instant favorite for chilly and cold days!

I've used this as a base layer while hiking and fat biking. Temps were in the single digits and this was an great addition to my winter sports. Added warmth to my Pactimo thermal jersey and winter riding vest

This paired with the Vertex jacket is great in the cold down to to the low 20s as far as I’ve tested it. I’m sure it will go lower because I was toasty.

I've been using this since Thanksgiving, wearing it during rides in the low 20s up to the mid/high 30s. I normally wear a Medium sized jersey but sized up to the Large in the base layer as I've found worked well in the SS thermoregulator base layer (I'm 6'0" 155lbs). It fit well but isn't form-fitting on me. It's slightly baggy in the abdomen, not nearly as stretchy or tight as the thermoregulator, but it's not excessively baggy. I was concerned if I got a Medium the sleeves would be too short. I've found it to be comfortable and good as keeping me warm. I'm skinny and run on the cold side so I've found I need even an extra layer when I wear it with my Vertex jacket and it's in the lower 20's. I definitely couldn't get away with wearing the wool base layer and the Vertex alone all the way down to zero. Overall I'm pleased with it and would recommend it. It's good quality and comfortable to the skin.
