“The material is just a bit thicker, which is perfect for those more chill/damp mornings where you are sending off before the sun has broken through clouds and mist. The first long decent everything was cold, the light spray was making me question my life choices, but one good decision was the Breckenridge vest as my chest/core was good. The fit is true to size, the garment is still light weight, and the vest packed up tightly and fit into a back pocket when it was no longer needed.”

“I’m 6 foot tall and usually weigh 143. First, my only concern was that it doesn’t have a two-way zipper that would allow the rider to unzip from the bottom to more easily access their rear pockets. I love all other elements of the vest. I have a number of Pactimo jerseys, and wear a size medium. I ordered a medium vest and was surprised how roomy it was. I reached out to customer service and it was promptly replaced with a size small…perfect. The vest is substantial, not one of those single thin sheets of nylon. It has a tall collar to keep the wind off the neck as well. The pockets are right-sized for snacks and rolled up arm warmers.”

“Excellent gilet. I wore this during Unbound 2022 and it kept me warm in the morning and also warded off the rain in the afternoon. It easily stashed in a jersey pocket for the 1 hour I did not need it.”

“Some light rain started just as my ride was starting. It served the purpose being waterproof but when stowing, it turns out to be a bit bulkier than expected. (Male 5'11, 185lbs, size L)”
