Haven't used on a ride yet but love the fit and feel of this cap. Fits my ~7 3/4 fitted hat size head well and as others have mentioned like the adjustability of flipping the ear covers up or down.

Not as warm as I’d like, but good to about 50. Pair it with skull cap and it’s great. I do run cold though.

This hat is well made, good quality. For me though, it’s just not warm enough. I run cold, so this hat is good down to 50 degrees. Below 50, I use a liner in combination.

This cap was used in temperature ranges from 5C/40F to 21C/70F and it performed beautifully. What I like most was the fact that when the tempo increased during the ride, I did not overheat and have to remove the cap. Simply flipping the ear covers regulates your temperature. My go to cap for fast paced fall/winter/spring rides.

The retractable ear flaps stay stowed when it's too warm for them, having them there when it gets cold is nice. The brim under the helmet is nice for low-angle sun, and it seems to help shield the top edge of my glasses when the PNW rain gets epic.

Since road helmets with visors are not fashionable, riding into the setting sun can be not only tedious, but dangerous - the visor on this cap is perfect. The visor and ear flaps both can be folded up - making it 3 in one - very satisfied with the versatility. I wear a size large helmet (hat size 7-7.5?) and was concerned that this might not fit - the fit is perfect.

This is my second storm hat because I like it so much! The material is light and wicking but keeps my ears & back of neck warm also.
