“One the rechargeable battery cells that were included has failed, which means that both now have to be replaced, which with just under two years of just moderate use (weekly), seems a lot of additional expense. Can't help but feel a bit disappointed.”

“the batteries don't last long we've had to replace 4 batteries already in the last year they stop charging and only charge halfway”

“No other company appears to be developing worthwhile battery operated backpack vacuum cleaners like Pacvac. this latest advanced model is the best on the market. i use 3 sets of batteries and never run into a problem.”
