“You can hear the turbo head spinning as soon as you attach! So good for every carpet type I've tried it on. The spinning head brings up years worth of soils from the carpet.”

Hi Victoria Thank you for your review. With any turbo head using a roller to catch hair, fluff, or debris, there is a possibility of tangling, necessitating frequent detangling and removal to maintain consistent suction. We recommend using scissors or a stitch removal tool; there is a long groove on one side that allows them to glide and cut away anything wrapped around it. Our Product team is currently exploring alternative turbo head floor tools that may feature a simpler debris release system.
