Hi Shirley, our customer service has been trying to call. In short if you can lightly dampen the Gloves with some water as this will act as a conductor which will complete the circuit allowing you to feel the sensation. We do have some sprays which are to be used for this purpose but if you do not have the Perfect Conductor or the Magnesium Spray water is a suitable alternative.

Hi Dawn, I was wondering if you have tried using moisturiser on your hands before using the gloves. Because the PainPods use an electrical current there needs to be some form of conductor to be used, with the Gel Pads the Gel acts as the conductor so with the Gloves you will need to provide a conductor which the moisturiser works perfectly for it. I will give you a call just to make sure.
