My first was a quote and it didn’t quite turn out because the size I ordered which thinking about it now makes total sense but I emailed them and they were very quick to respond and were eager to help. My second painting is of an owl. I got a very large picture this time. It’s absolutely stunning. When I had finished with my black diamonds I still had a lot to fill in though. So I got in tough with customer service and right away they were able to help me order more to finish my painting with. All free of charge. This is by far my favorite company to order these pictures from!!”
“i ordered two different paintings at once by the time i was half way through with my first one which was small my second one came in which was missing some diamonds but i sorted out and labeled my diamonds and went and ordered what i needed their on their way but thats not stopping me from enjoying my self and they have been nothing but supportive throughout this whole process cause i messed up on the first order but got it straightened out now i await my missing diamonds”

“I really enjoyed doing this piece it looks exactly like my sweet Suki! The only thing was the colors didnt exactly add up which I didnt really notice til I was done. The photo shows brown eyes but the actual piece the eyes are color coded to red. Which kinda sucked but I figure I'll put the red out and use some left over colors that look better. Otherwise these things are wonderful!”
