“I have almost finshed my first painting, have another one ready to go and one in the mail. I enjoy doing them and find it relaxs me. Shipping g does take a long time but they are coming from the other side of the globe and are inexpensive if you get a sale price. The only complaint I have is some of the diamonds were unusable due to the shape not being correct. Totally worth the price and wait.”
“I bought 6 kits and 4 were missing diamonds one was missing a couple of colors.. I really like doing these paintings. But when it takes 6 weeks to get it then u have to wait another six weeks to get the dimonds. . I don't like to start them if I don't have all the dimonds. I don't know if I will order again.”
“I understand mistakes can be made, I ended up missing one color that had two bags. I emailed customer support and they sent me a link to order the replacement bags for free. It was a very simple process. By inputting the order number from my purchase it had all of my information saved, it took about three clicks and my diamonds were ordered!”
