“I paid for a order back in January, I don't mind the wait but I just don't like the idea of them NOT sending the right amount for what you pay for, I order exactly how they wanted me to order, 1 unit = Ten bags of the ROUND color of 3835 Drills, they send 1 small bag of 3835 color SQUARE, how are you to get finish and be happy when you have wait for the right product for so long!!”
“I ordered 3 paintings and one of them was missing gems. I thought that was pretty good. But then I sent the request for my missing gems, and two weeks later had to request gems from my Oh Shit insurance. It took over a month for the two packets to arrive one day apart. They contained wrong colors and we're missing colors. Since then my attempts at getting this fixed have been ignored. I posted about it on their Facebook support page and my post was deleted. They deliberately try and cover up the fact that anyone is dissatisfied with their product. I won't be buying here again.”
