“I ordered replacement diamonds when I unpacked my first kit. It took me 4 weeks to finish the piece except for the missing diamonds. After 2 more weeks of waiting and nothing on the tracking number to show it had even shipped, I ended up throwing the piece away unfinished.
I found another manufacturer of this kind of hobby on amazon and got it in 2 days.”

“I recently bought two paintings both were a painting of a deer, i didnt realize it was in cm and didnt think anything of it, ordered the largest one! it was so funny when i got it and it was almost 6 feet long! thats taller than me. anyway the only thing wrong was one of the paintings was missing an entire color. i threw away the paper that had the quantity on it so no clue how many bags i actually needed. oops! but i can always order more not a huge deal. then my dog ate the one i was working on along with more htan half my bag of diamonds. (darn puppies(: ) i ordered another one... (before i knew about the insurance so oops again.) totally just payed for same painting when i could have gotten it replaced.. too late. Anyhow i am loving my paintings, im definitely going to be busy for a while.”

“When I received the canvas I was missing a bag of diamonds (not a big deal) but the sticky canvas part that you adhere the diamonds to was peeling off in a couple of areas. According to their website they offer a satisfaction guarantee. After 7 email exchanges of them offering me suggestions on how to resolve the issues (despite the fact that none of the suggestions were helpful or able to be applied to my issue I am still fighting with them trying to get an address to return my canvas to and have them give me a refund or send me a new canvas. I have to dispute the charge on my credit card to get the refund they so called guaranteed. Anyone that wants cheaper prices, the same designs and better customer service all these can be found online at amazon.com. Save yourselves the time and money and start off by using amazon instead of this company”
