I’ve made a couple of blunders (old age to blame) and they have always, every time, responded with politeness and understanding and are willing to work with you if there is a problem. I’ve ordered a number of kits from them and they have always arrived in good shape, everything counted for! I would like to see the resins in baggies instead of having to open the little packs. The baggies are easier to open. You have a repeat customer in me!”
