We are sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced regarding your parcel delivery. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes impacted many free shipping deliveries around the Christmas and New Year period. We expanded the delivery window notification from 5 days to 10 but sometimes this still fell short. If customers selected the premium shipping option, we used DHL’s 24 hour service, and in the rare instances where DHL also failed to deliver within this window we were able to refund our customers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We are now seeing all shipping options return to normal.

“Unsure of sizing at the moment. Bought for a birthday present, ordered 32inch but 90cm is actually 35.5 inches so confusing. Will know after gift is given but doubtful and will cost £20 to change if too big. Quality looks very good”

“Great. Lovely product with good quality leather. Great gift to myself size wise I could have gone one smaller than I thought even though I measured it with my old belt. Happy. Would buy again although I’m pretty sure it’ll last for many many years!”
