“Good service, and a lovely product. My only advice is to check the collar sizes carefully and do not just go by the breed examples - a male Labrador is XL.”

“Had to return the collar to exchange for a larger size. I carefully measured my dog and the Large should have been the right size to the second hole (as recommended in the measurement guide). However on arrival I could only just fit the large collar to my dog's neck to the final hole. The measurements of the product are smaller than the Guide. It cost me £4.45 to return as postage is not pre-paid for returns. Disappointing.”
