“Looks lovely but not designed for dogs We bought this collar for our dog and unfortunately, while beautiful, it simply isn't designed with dogs in mind. When the collar for wet (because it was raining a lot and was muddy) it fell apart very quickly. After it had been exposed to that weather, the collar was not the same. It was looser than before, and the end began to warp, sometimes the buckle was even able to undo itself and fall off . I think this collar might be good for round the house or maybe a senior dog who doesn't do much, but otherwise it wouldn't be suitable. I contacted about a refund, and to give them credit they offered to replace it, however we no longer felt it was safe for our dog to wear.”

We do have advice on our website about caring for your collar if it does get wet as we appreciate that dogs love water. Certainly in these circumstances we do request that the collar is returned for inspection as if an issue is found we can then report to our quality control team. “This collar ticks all the boxes - it's super stylish and fashionable, it's sturdy and reassuringly strong for the dog's security whilst on a lead and it generally has that feel of quality craftsmanship. My spaniel is proud to show it off to all the other dogs in the park! And it matches my husband's belts.”
