The package that arrived was beautiful, never mind the contents. Leather quality is second to none and the option to personalise my purchases added an extra special element.

We ordered a collar and lead for our dog and I have to say he looks incredibly cool in them. The presentation of the items in the little pouches is a lovely touch. Handsome products for our handsome beagle.

We are sorry to hear of the trouble you experienced regarding your parcel delivery. Unfortunately, the Royal Mail strikes impacted many free shipping deliveries around the Christmas and New Year period. We expanded the delivery window notification from 5 days to 10 but sometimes this still fell short. If customers selected the premium shipping option, we used DHL’s 24 hour service, and in the rare instances where DHL also failed to deliver within this window we were able to refund our customers. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. We are now seeing all shipping options return to normal.
